compare and contrast
On Monday 27 Mr. Kamal and Mr. Michael came from SunTrust to TC Williams to give us a speech about banks and how do they work. The next day we went to visit Wells Fargo and Mr. Elton. The presentation that helped me a lot to understand was the one with Mr. Elton because we spend more time with him and also he answer all the questions that we had. While the other just told us about how they have many different bank in all around the world. Therefore the people that travel will recognize the bank and will be allow to use it. I preferred Wells Fargo because the benefits that they have are really good and also the attention that they gave us was really nice. Although we had the pleasure to know the manager from SunTrust that explain us how their bank works, Wells Fargo give more attention and kindest to costumers.
From these two presentations that we had. I learn most part from wells Fargo that you have to have a credit card so in the future you could buy a car or a house. Also he told us that we could have a credit card when we were 18 and also the carefulness that we have to have when we use it because we shouldn't be allow to spend a lot of money that we will not pay back because this will cause a lot of troubles and your credit card will get damage. These were a lot of new ideas to me because I didn't know anything about credit cards or debit cards. One thing that surprised me a lot was that Muslim people do not pay or receive interest but then I ask one of my friends and she told me that it was part of their religion. I ask Mr. Elton that I want to open an account when I turn 17 years old, But he told that first I had to open a checking account so in the future I will be able to open a debit card and after I turn 18 years old I will open a credit card. In this way I will have a good credit to buy the resources that I will need or want in the future.
